Save the planet. Eat plants.

Serving up delicious plant-based food isn't our only priority. We are climate change activists who are educating guests on the enormous carbon foodprint that is created by livestock production. Join us in eating less meat and enjoying food that's good for you and the planet. In December 2018, we attended the United Nations Conference on Climate Change (COP24) as part of a business delegation sent by Climate Generation. You can follow our adventures in food and climate change on Instagram @figfarro.

If all Americans ate one less hamburger every week, it would be the greenhouse gas equivalent of taking 1,000,000 cars off the road annually.
